Important Update for Monday Deliveries

To help us manage the increasing volume of orders we receive over the weekend, and to keep providing the high level of service our customers expect, we’re making a small adjustment to our ordering deadlines for guaranteed Monday deliveries.

With effect from the weekend of 31st October, the following deadlines apply:

• Online ordering cut-off for Monday delivery: Sunday at 3:00pm (previously 4:00pm)
• Voicemail service cut-off: Sunday at 2:00pm (previously 4:00pm)
• Orders for Monday can still be placed with our sales office until 5:00pm on a Friday

These changes give our customer service and warehouse teams additional time to process orders efficiently and accurately, helping ensure your orders are delivered on time and in full.
